Hurricane Milton blew this year’s homecoming week to the end of October.
Friday 10/25 students will gather to decorate their class hallways from 1:45-4:00pm, with the administration team choosing a winner.
Monday 10/28 students are encouraged to dress down in their pajamas. After will be practices for the Powder Puff events, with boys cheer and girls football practicing from 5:30 to 7 p.m on the practice field. Buff Puff volleyball practice for boys is from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. Paperwork must be turned in to your class sponsor to participate.
Tuesday 10/29’s dress up theme is country versus country club. Put on your cowboy hats or your corduroys. Either way Panthers, show out for hoco week.
Wednesday 10/30 is teacher-student swap day. Dress up as your favorite teacher to show them your appreciation. Then at 6 p.m. the girls junior and senior powderpuff football teams will face off at the football field while junior and senior boys cheer them on. At 8 p.m. the boys play volleyball in the gym.
Thursday 10/31 is theme day. Dress according to your class’s theme. Freshman are “Frozen”, sophomores are “Toy Story”, juniors are “UP”, and seniors are “Tangled”.
Fridays we wear purple but on 11/1 for homecoming week students should go all out, decking themselves out in every piece of purple attire they can. At night we will have the homecoming football game against South Fort Myers at 7:30 p.m. The senior homecoming king and queen will be crowned at halftime after the court members are presented.
